Drawing from his own experiences as a college student, Thomas began assisting friends and acquaintances with their transition to higher education. What began with a few letters and recommendations evolved into a small business.

In 1994, Thomas founded USP, now a world leading college placement guidance service. From a garage office, hundreds of letters and applications were sent to colleges across the USA.

Thomas’ personalized approach and expert recommendations built a solid reputation that endures. Now headquartered in Miami, Florida, with a team of over 25 global advisors working with over 170 students annually, USP has successfully placed more than 1,950 students and continues to grow with ambition for the future.
